CITY TRANSPORT LOST PROPERTY ENQUIRY
MEN: Hello city transport lost property how can I help you?
WOMEN: Who yes I’m calling about to suit case I lost yesterday I don’t suppose I’ll get it back but I thought I’d try.
MEN: Well some people do hand-lost items eaten so you might be lucky let’s put the details into the computer.
WOMEN: Okay.

MEN: Right so let’s start with a description of the suitcase.
WOMEN: Okay well it’s smooth and it’s the type you can put along on wheels.
MEN: How about the color?
WOMEN: Yes it’s blank but not exactly plain black it has some narrow stripes down it sort of gray I should note that Q1 white now I think about it.
MEN: Our cash a I’ll just add that information now were there any items inside it?
WOMEN: Yes I had a big bunch of keys in that luckily my assistant
