The agreement between you and IELTS Simulator.

By creating an account or using IELTS Simulator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.

1. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Guest access

Guest sessions let you use the platform temporarily without registering. They are limited to a maximum of 18 hours and expire automatically. Guest sessions are provided as a trial — progress and results from a guest session are not guaranteed to be preserved, and we may end or change guest access at any time.

3. Plans, credits and access

Mock test packs (for example 10 or 50 tests) grant a fixed number of test credits. Credits purchased in a pack do not expire.
Unlimited plans (1, 2 or 3 months) grant unrestricted access to available mock tests for the stated period, starting from activation.
Certain modules — currently Writing and Speaking — require an active premium plan.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change; changes do not affect a plan you've already bought.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your access is activated once payment is confirmed.

4. AI band scores are estimates

Please read this carefully. Band scores, feedback and transcripts generated by our platform are produced by automated AI systems for practice purposes only. They are estimates. They are not official IELTS results, they are not issued or validated by any IELTS test partner, and they cannot be used for any university admission, visa, immigration or employment purpose. Your official band score can only come from sitting the real IELTS examination.

AI assessment can be inconsistent — the same response submitted twice may score slightly differently. We make no promise that a score from our platform will match the score you receive on test day.

Independence notice. IELTS Simulator is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English. "IELTS" is a registered trademark of those organisations and is used here only to describe the examination our practice material prepares you for. Band scores produced by our platform are AI-generated estimates for practice purposes and are not official IELTS results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or give others access to your account.
Copy, record, scrape, redistribute or republish our test content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other users' data, or our administrative systems.
Upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Use automated tools to interfere with or overload the service.

6. Our content

All practice material, question banks, software, design and branding on this platform belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own IELTS preparation. Nothing more is granted.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for content piracy, account sharing, or attempts to compromise the platform. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Liability

The platform is provided for preparation purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made on the basis of an AI-generated band estimate — including exam-day outcomes, application results, or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page will change, and continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
